My thoughts;
1. Sarries - Done well, but getting worse and luckier as the weeks go by - Andy Farrell clearly knows nothing about rugby considering the bile he was talking about expansive rugby this week. It'll go wrong soon, once they start playing teams in form.
2. Irish - If they cut out the silly mistakes they'd be unbeatable. They'll improve as the season goes on.
3. Wasps - Leeds was a blip on the radar. They're looking mighty fine this season (which makes a pleasant change compared to their usual last minute dash for the play-offs).
4. Tiggers - 6 Fit players and still in the top 4. Worrying when they get a squad again later this year.
5. Saints - An Enigma. Capable of playing great rugby & smashing anyone, but maybe not mentally tough enough to do so. Perennial under-performers as displayed especially against Sale.
6. Newcastle - Bottom 3 if other teams weren't so bad. A decent effort considering all their changes, but things will get worse as the season ends.
7. Sale - It'll be a long time until their a major threat again.
8. Quins - Looking better as the weeks go on. Coming out the other side of the Summer fiascos, could maybe be there (or there abouts) in May for HEC qualification.
9. Wuss - Look completely clueless. An ageing & under-talented squad matched up with a coach who's taking a long time to do not much. 10thi finish if they're lucky.
10. Gloucester - A club and a squad far too good for the dog-end f the table. They'll turn a corner soon enough.
11. Bath - Getting everything they deserve IMO. No doubt in my mind if they finish bottom the RFU will fiddle something and save them from relegation.
12. Leeds - Improving vastly. No big names in the squad, but standing with a great chance of surviving the drop if they can stay injury free and Bath continue their free-fall.
