Scotland vs South Africa (2021 EoYT round 3)

How soon before a Scottish yellow unless they really clean up their discipline? Teams target single digit penalties across the 80 and they have 5 in 12 minutes.

2 things

1. Duhan van der Merwe is the symbol of all that is wrong with international rugby
2. Herschel Jantjies is not the successor to De Klerk.

Scotland seem to be getting slightly beasted at times but getting away with it and looking good when they have chances. SA a little sloppy maybe?

I do like when a dominant scrum shoves the opposition backwards rather than it just instantly collapsing

Almost feels harsh to penalise Scotland in that case - it's not illegal to be pushed backwards (I know they usually do them for angles or whatever, but you try stay straight when going backwards at a rate of knots), the dominance should be it's own reward

Way too slow to move on to Mapimpi there from McClean, Ritchie had Kolisi covered.

South Africa doing their best to lose this.
Almost comical how dominant they've been but come away with nothing

Scotland spamming the kickpass and it eventually comes off
Scrappy as hell but entertaining try

Pretty mental in fairness, feels like it should have been stopped like 5 times in the build up.

Such a cliche but Scottish attack is definitely high risk, high reward.

Surprised that stuck, passing to static runners is something SA are pretty handy at shutting down
