Missed the first 17 minutes but love the handling from the Japanese

What did Japan do to hurt you?

Japan looking more settled this week, tbf
Scotland's discipline has been really poor - Japan's defence has the tendency to have lapses in concentration when the pressure is on, if Scotland didn't keep letting them off the hook with the penalties I think we could've seen a couple more tries

Surprised they didn't penalise the Scottish hooker then - Japan were never going to go quick at the lineout but you can't go and slap the ball out of the guys hands

He's obv just angry cause Japan can actually complete a lineout

Japan definitely targeting Scotland's right wing hoping to get around the defence.

Matsushima first receiver has a natural ring to it.

Well done ref. Actually following through after a warning even if it was a while ago.

Surely Van Der Merwe was playing the ball on the floor. What are the rules if you're on your knees?

Scotland too strong in the set piece and Japan's red zone defence was not good enough. Too easy for Scotland to score when they got close to the tryline.

Overall Scotland have won 3 games, but not sure they've improved massively though, especially in attack. They look scrappy rather than coordinated tbh.
Considering that this is their first period of sustained rugby and the improvement they've made, Japan have done well, let's hope they can build back to the heights of 2019.

Good game, Japan unlucky to not get a pen try when DVDM grabbed the ball on his knees on the try line.

Scotland deserved that and Japan end the tour on a high note imo
