I assume this is when B3 headbutts W3 in the shoulder, who "can get lower" despite having a knee on the floor (I mean, she could get lower, but it's not as if she wasn't low, or there wasn't a very late and unnecessary change in height by B3)

Yeap its a yellow, but refs are now hiding behind the bunker call, your in charge of the game, make a call

If the officials made the calls and didn't pass on their calls to the bunker, who spend ages making a call, then maybe the game can move forward, and TMO's calling all bad play not cherry picking what they find wrong, Canada No8 pushing Wales No9 face into the ground twice doesn't seem to be something he found illegal ! but spotted Wales fouls pretty quickly, These guys are paid big bucks, and just sit watching TV's, its not too much to ask mate
