[RWC2023] England vs Japan (17/09/2023)

What was Mitchell doing there? Set himself to make the tackle and he was a meter away from him.

Definitely have to drill the header into rugby absolute genius can head it forward

Three decent phases and we manage to knock it on in the ******* clearout

One thing that worries me is the one thing Mitchell is doing well is getting the ball away quickly...we lose that soon when Youngs comes on.

I am genuinely going to be upset if Japan don't go on to win this.

That breakout suggested some of our players are pretty tired now.

Never thought I'd be happy to see Youngs coming on

Shame we couldn't bring Rodd on, at least he likes carrying and jackaling which is more than can be said for anyone else in the 23 other than Earl

Onion headline would have to be "30 grown men audition for just one part time role at the Daventry circus"

I say that, a few good things from Japan in these last 5 so I shouldn't be so mean

Youngs on.
That will speed the game up, said no one ever.

Do you know how Japanese (and I think Asians in general) find that westerners stink? I think it's something to do with the dairy in our diet?

I reckon the stadium will clear out now that Smellis is on.
