RWC Kits

Why can't they just do the centenary shirt for England ffs
Yes. I loved that shirt a lot and regretted not getting one so much, that I recently found a second hand one and paid out for it. A supporters polo version only, but still in very good condition.

Petition to make the centenary shirt the required standard jersey until year 200?

On the proviso it doesn't have the Umbro logo. Or anything bar the rose and a number on the back.

Question for members not from SA that buy kits, is it a thing for other nations to also market the fan/main jersey for supporters as a version with key parts of the design missing, or does that only happen in SA? Was looking now at the Springbok kit to buy, and most places only have the fan kit, which honestly looks like a knock off version to me, missing some of the pattern parts and with parts in slightly different positioning (see below comparison). Any other countries?

You can usually buy both, players jersey at a premium though.

I haven't bought a new jersey in years, there's a few classic jersey collectors/ sellers on on Instagram that I pick up the odd piece of kit from. Not cheap though.

Would like England to bring back the red swoosh across the body. Reminds me when millennials were still the youngest generation and things were just better. Love the past.

Two sponsors taking up so much of the jersey ? Wow. As Joost once called it: "Prostituting the jersey"

Feel like the 6 nations sides always go very safe with their RWC jerseys. Which generally results in 5 forgettable kits and a nice France jersey.
France was good wearing Nike and Adidas. Since they wear Le Coq Sportif their kits are dulls

Scotland and Italy have been the best looking kits in recent seasons IMO

Ooooooh boy
The best Pommy jersey I can remember wasn't a Rugby Union jersey. For me the 2016 Rugby League jersey was the best, with a HUGE St George's cross on the chest:

The second best also comes from Rugby League, the 2012 jersey:

And the 2021 kit was bloody good too:

Definitely RFL beats RFU in kits
