Rugby World Cup 2015 Schedule to be Announced Today

Am I the only one who chuckled at the thought of the Springboks and their fans traveling around Brighton?

Nothing wrong with brighton! It's pretty nice actually.

If I were to think of a stereotypical Brighton resident though, it would be: a gay hippie student... you guys should feel right at home! :p

Oh yeah right, well we are much more diverse than that. No need for the discriminatory comments. We send a lot of tourists your way. But you should actually feel hard done by that we didn't get more matches at Twickenham. It's the only stadium we lose at in England... Well at least since the professional era.

To be fair 8 games in Wales is too much :/ I was expecting 2-3 pool games and thats it.. with the QF's in Twickenham & the Olympic / Wembley or even Manchester. However contracts etc may have stopped that or even they looked at how many tickets they could sell, Man city's stadium holds ~60,000. The Millenium holds ~74,500 - 75,000. If it was old trafford still they may have put more games there.

Regardless I just hope ticket prices are reasonable. £15/20 a seat on smaller games and in big stadiums in the higher tiers. with a max of £50-60 for the "big" games for best seats. They are reasonable ish prices for a WC, but saying that how much was a ticket in NZ?

I meant no offense, honestly. Should be clear that I'm talking about stereotypes, not the reality!

When do tickets go on sale for the pool games?

The worst seats, or "D" category at a game like Wales vs. South Africa was around $100 NZD. It was the same price for the best seats at Australia vs. USA, Fiji vs. Samoa and all of the other games involving the "2nd Tier Nations". The best seats for Argentina vs. Scotland were about $153 if I remember correctly. A Catergory seats for, say, Ireland vs. Australia were about $350. They also charged a little bit extra for matches involving the ABs.

@osulli mi I assume tickets will be on sale at some point next year. If it's anything like the last World Cup, they'll be sold in phases
