In many topics raised the problem of interaction commands 6 Nations and ENC. But we must understand that the 6 Nations are very conservative and did not start inside the near future. + semi-finals, the match for the 3rd place and the final

Total of 4 to 6 games by each team, the first few tournaments it would be good to hold in level 2 (Russia, Romania, Spain ..) where there are big stadiums.

Even in the first competitions will involve only a team "A" of 6 Nations - it will still be a success for the European rugby.

Next, look at the results and after 2-3 tournament expanded to 12 teams (3 groups for 4 teams) and aims in the future to a full European Cup to 16 teams (4 groups for 4 teams).

I like this idea. It's not as radical as promotion / relegation between the 6N and the ENC yet it still gives the stronger ENC countries some better opponents. Also, the tournament can be played in countries like Romania that will never actually host the Rugby World Cup.
