Rugby Championship: New Zealand - South Africa (15/09/2012)

Yeah, SH are going by the laws we've been using all season. Don't start using "set" until game 1 season 2013.

Wayne Barnes had a chat to us in Perth and said he is going to write "touch pause engage" on his hand before tonight's game lol. (but he has had time to practice, probably got a mid-week game)

Good thing he never had it tattooed on his arm, eh? ;)

Good that writing "forward pass" never came up to his mind.

Coetzee on for Vermeulen
Lambie on for Naas Botha
Goosen on for Krusty

Well, average first half. Can't help but feel Clancy is killing it again. Must remember to send a fruit basket to Morne Steyn and HM.

I hate Justin Marshall.

How does Morne keep his place in the side........oh yeah that's right Meyer only sees blue.

I love Justin Marshall...but mebbe that's because I'm a broad and he's cute. I mean...

In all seriousness, however, what I appreciate about Justin's commentary is that he explains things in such a way that makes it easy for me to understand, which helps me get a better grasp of the game. He's not all 'that was a terrible play', but he explains why it was terrible. Since I live in America and am exposed to very little - if any - rugby dialogue state-side, I appreciate his input.

Nisbett: "Lineouts have gone pretty well for the Springboks"

Yeah, we only lost 3 out of 8 so far. We are doing great!

Yes, but much of the time he's wrong. Just plain wrong. His explanations are wrong. His comments are wrong. He just talks like he gets paid for every word, to justify points that are wrong. It's like he's not content to be wrong once, he needs to use up 30 seconds being wrong. I hate him. His voice annoys me as well. He was my favourite halfback for years - but he's the worst commentator ever.

Haha, great try by Habana. Nice to see him with gas (and I was right saying he's still got it).
