I don't. I host them externally, I don't upload them directly off my computer, so size isn't as tight.

Right click on it and select properties. Copy the URL (web address basically) that you see. Then go to your profile and select the avatar setcion. You should see a box where you can paste the URL to.

Give me a shout if you have trouble and I should be able to do it for you.
