its more off a rumour though that apparantly there is no multiplayer servers for this which i find pretty B******T

There's multiplayer! It's just offline-online.

Yea you can see the loan forward standing on both sides of the rucks, and then backline in a straight diagonal line, with no running line variations. So doesn't seem like they've evolved that top much. No pod system.

Although if you're going to implement a pod system you need to go all out, not half arsed like rugby challenge's attempt

Quick notes: No ref on the pitch, doesn't discard him from cutscenes. Is that a wind gauge or a ruck mini game like 2011? **** sake, let it be a wind gauge.

Yes.

It is all to do with copyright and that. The forum has had to deal in the past with copyright infringement coming from something similar to this, so as a forum we do ask quite politely that any screenshots like this are linked / referenced. Also some companies get touchy over images not being linked / referenced so again this is to ensure they are also kept happy.

Anyone who doesn't follow this code will sadly have their images removed. So if you have posted an image regardless of it being a photo shopped image from the game, the original picture needs sourcing.

I'm actually getting pretty hype for this, despite it looking relatively pants so far.

I don't want to blindly buy it as it'll encourage them to keep just churning out remakes to cash in on the lack of rugby games, but I...really want a rugby game.
Hopefully a decent sized turnover for this could encourage them to put time and effort into a complete remake in the future.

That's exactly how I feel. Best-case scenario is Rugby 16: Now With Backplay and Rugby 17: Now With Forwards, and that creates a solid base to keep expanding year-on-year into, if not a FIFA, but a reputable sports game in it's own right. Blue sky thinknig, obviously.
