I'm surprised nobody mentions...Lille, for a possible Hcup final.
They have a brand new 50000 seater. 1h from London with Eurostar. Great northern city, splendid architecture, streetlife, tons of mussels with fries, cheap booze, a growing rugby fan base, plenty of fun i assure you.

Great if you live in the London, but a pain when you live in the south of France and the stadium is not big enough 50,000 the tickets will be sold straight away. Italy is an excellent idea and it presents itself well for the game in Italia and to get more support interested.
