I'm a Glasgow Warriors fan, but it will be nice to see the South African teams get into the mix.

They're already using the 20 minute red card rule in Major League Rugby this season, and from what I've read most people like it. Another rule change they have is that an automatic 2 point conversion is added if the try is touched down between the goal post bars. I don't like that one, I think they should all be kicked because I've seen easy ones missed by professional ruggers before. And lastly, kickers now have 60 seconds to kick the ball instead of 90 seconds if a try is scored outside of the goal post lines. I like that one because a minute is more than enough, IMHO. And MLR now has a 60 second clock by the scoreboard to keep the kicker informed.

*I hope PRO16 and Super Rugby will adopt the 20 minute red card rule as well.

I think this will be the closest Interpro to an A game all year. Timing is awful and just terrible

It's actually baffling they thought it was a good idea..

Maybe they thought Munster would win the final and they could sell this as the Leinster's attempt at redemption.

it's all very very meh.

Even then both teams have eyes on Europe and once that is done rest periods for alot of guys will begin.
Add in there no fans so no pressure to sell tickets etc too.

Not a huge amount of rotation, understandable from Ulster's pov at least, think Connacht have a long injury list as well.

Great for Ulster to have Henderson back (and Addison of course!), would love for Callum Reid to get gametime though same with DTM for Connacht.

I'd completely forgotten Addison existed. Like finding a tenner in the arse pocket of your jeans.

Lads this is the competition to win. So I don't want any excuses. This is the top of the top. This is the mountain you go dick swinging from.

Leinster resting the whole of the starting pack that played against Exeter, plus McGrath, RB, Henshaw and Keenan.

Byrne, Sheehan, Porter, Molony, Baird, Murphy, Penny, Doris, HOS, HB, Lowe, ROL, Ringrose, Kearney, Larmour.

Don't be giving excuses. There noone being rested. This is the best team on paper. Dave Kearney is in form and looking to cement his plane to South Africa.

Fair play IrishT.

Great to see Doris, Ryan and Ringrose return.

Also delighted that Cormac Foley will probably get at least some senior time for Leinster. Probably another Leinster scrumhalf without the necessary pass but is a good rugby player.

Munster: Mike Haley; Keith Earls, Chris Farrell, Damian de Allende, Shane Daly; Joey Carbery, Conor Murray; Dave Kilcoyne, Niall Scannell, Stephen Archer; Jean Kleyn, Tadhg Beirne; Peter O'Mahony (C), Jack O'Donoghue, CJ Stander.

Replacements: Diarmuid Barron, Jeremy Loughman, Keynan Knox, Fineen Wycherley, Gavin Coombes, Craig Casey, Ben Healy, Calvin Nash.

Don't massively care about this comp, but be good to get a win in Dublin either way. We're fairly full strength, although a couple of out of the norm selections: Coombes to the bench, Daly starting, Healy in the squad, Barron and Knox, no sign of Conway or Rory Scannell.
