Not sure what it means for the league but it seems a bit short notice to do this sorta thing, however I have no cue on the business side of things.

My understanding based on reading elsewhere is that Rabo are simply letting it drop when the contract expires, and that might be good or that might be bad. Rabo don't really sell much here, not under that name anyway, nor might they like the price a league with Sky coverage might ask for - likely to be more than the Celtic League currently wants.
