RaboDirect Pro 12 Final - Leinster vs Ospreys - 27/05/2012

An Ospreys fan says Bevington/James is better, a Leinster fan says Healy is better.
Yep, we'll come to an agreement pretty soon, eh?

Yeah we will. When Jack McGrath plays a blinder winning MotM people will realise that if he's behind Healy, Healy actually is a class act.

the belief the Ospreys will take into this game due to those wins (and the final win a couple of years ago) will matter.
Without doubt. Likewise Leinster losing the Magners League decider at home to the Ospreys two seasons ago and the manner of the loss two months ago could sting them into a big performance. There are a couple of different ways of viewing each team's psychological state ahead of this game.

Bevington in a year's time will have had a season as Ospreys first choice, and got plenty more caps for Wales

could be a wildcard for the midweek side for the Lions

... and that's why Ireland's scrum is worse than Wales

Paul James is a good scrummager, not the best around the field, but much better than any of Ireland's loosehead scrummagers

I seem to remember the Ospreys dominated Leinster at scrum last time they played

In the last two years, Healy has coped and in some cases dominated the front rows of Toulouse, Clermont, Leicester ect. Ireland's scrum woes are irrelevant in this game. I am in no way suggesting Healy is a better scrummager than James but Healy has the ability to stand up in big CLUB games and has the experience to cope with any situation. James is a very good player but Healt has proven to perform at the top level of club rugby and have the ability to lead a performance.

Healy is still better than Jenkins.

I love that were debating about two players who probably won't even play against each other tomorrow....... Let's start a new topic

Leinsters bench will win them the match......
Ospreys have the form.....

Well If you try and take and outsider perspective, Leinster should win. European champs, and currently in form. Ospreys are re building, and I'm still amazed how we've reached this far. Hopefully its gonna be a good match, and we don't focus too much on our much talked about (at least on here) strength in the pack. 1 more sleeps as they say.

Good, I don't want another Lions tour full of injuries like the last one.
Messed us up for two seasons, as always.

No more sleeps. Time for game-day!! Going to the pub for a cold Orange and Lemonade to enjoy this afternoons feast of rugby. Hopefully the Taff (Cardiff SU) will be showing both England/BaBa's and Leinster/Ospreys, I want a whole afternoon of rugby :D

The more I think of this I feel Leinster may run away with it. Could be a game too far for us. The fact we've made the final is a miracle considering the state and form we were left in when Johnson and Holley left. Ah well, just gonna enjoy it :D :D Be nice to see Shane go out with a try, and see Dirksen Bosh Bosh a few players :D

Conor O'Shea is doing the punditry in the RDS, the man never sleeps.

Healy out hope it's not to serious. Now for Jack to step up to the plate.

Hmmm, that could have gone the other way. Still, you'd imagine that Sexton will slot this.

We look sharp.

Gah, get out of the way Ferg. Good follow up work by Fussell.
