I booked a meeting room during the RWC and had one of the Scotland games on the big screen using the projector.

Wednesday is our on site day. Might have to record it at my parents and go over after work.

Farrell said JGP is fit, so expect him to start this one.

Independent expecting more of the test players to feature in the mid-week games. With a 10 day break before the tests.

The theory being both mid-week games on paper are the tougher games. Be interesting to see how the teams shape up.

Mid week games on a Wednesday are ideal as it's my day off I've offered to open up and work the bar at my club but not expecting a big crowd.

Anyhow, some thoughts. I like the way it looks like Farrell and the coaching team want them to play, heard 23 off loads or something and if it clicks they should have far too much in the tests but there's also a chance it goes wrong and is too complicated for a team thrown together.

There seems to be a few too many players that are either injured or not long back from long term injuries on tour, class is permanent and all that but is a Lion's tour the place to find form and get march fitness and it could mess up the prep and build up to the tests.

There was a lack of physicality on Saturday against the weakest club side, so hope to see an improvement on Wednesday.

I’ll be sat in a HS2 office all day Wednesday. Need to try and find somewhere out of site to watch the game but assuming I’ll be watching v it on record at home before and then after rugby training.

Loved Saturday morning, hit the gym, bit of brekky then feet up in the club lounge, dining the pool before home.

The only day I have to be in the office is Thursday. The midweeks and the first test, which I have plans for, are the only ones I'll definitely watch. 11am on a Saturday in the summer is for the golf course.
