Just in case anyone hadn't realised yet - there's a lot of upset kicking around the Bath fandom right now.

Yeah we've been promised change and looking up the table only for us to get pumped like last year for the last few rounds. Really do sympathise with Bath.

We have now lost Spink for 3/4 months and Frost 4-6 weeks... we really can't catch a break. The worst thing about it is that they are all match injuries.

Odogwu, Willis, Barbeary, Mills, Launchbury, Vukasonvic last year and West/Atkinson (preseason). This year alone Gaskell, Frost, Spink, Fekitoa, Alo and Cruse have all been injured in matches with Minozzi and Miller in training.

This injury crisis is insane..

So sounds like we will rotate heavily and use a lot of second string players as Umaga and Willis have played every minute of 4 matches and Robson, Fifita, Stooke, Shields, Watson and Bassett having played in every game and Hislop (3 games).

Moreover, to quote Blackett, "We will announce a couple of other trialists," "Some young guys wanting to play Premiership rugby. We will give them an opportunity. There will be a few trialisits coming in, I wouldn't imagine too many signings coming our way, just guys trying to get us through this difficult period."

Therefore, sounds like we will be announcing a few more short term loans. Anyone got any squad players needing game time?

Currently i'm looking at a line up of Harris, Harrison, Scholtz, Des Chaves, Cardall, Curran, Morris, Carr, Hougaard, Gopps, Le Booj, Simmonds, Kilbrige, Mehson, Crossdale (Bench: West, Cruse, Edgar Millar-Mills), Fifita, Young, Porter, Umaga, McHenry)

That's about all we have. The only other players we have floating about the club who are those 8 who have played all the games are Woolstenholme (Scrum Half) and Alo? (Who I think is injured) Anderson (cover most back positions bar scrum-half/fly-half)

Help?

What positions are struggling at the mo at Wasps? Haven't you just signed two players on loan today?

There's a couple of squad guys at Falcons who have prem experience but we never seem to loan anyone out apart from when we're relegated.

I've lost track, where is Simpson floating about right now or have you already had him for a bit?

Haha so he was at Wasps for such a long time and SH is one of the positions we actually have players.

So we have probably just covered ourselves with Matthews and Gray for a bit. Hopefully no more serious injuries.

If Cruse can't play and Oghre banned then hooker again.
Centre was a major issue too.

Oghre might just be for this game. It was a 3 match ban that will probably be reduced to 2 if he does the 'awareness course' or whatever it's called (which he obviously will).

Yikes

Lood being back is huge - Raffi out and AJ not back is huge in the opposite direction

Not a lot of nouse in the backline

Excited to see Thomas get his debut from the bench - think it's Warr's first senior start?
Big ask for the two of them

Wasps name their line up.

Lee Blackett has named his side to face Saracens at StoneX Stadium in Gallagher Premiership Round Six on Sunday.

There are 12 personnel changes from the physical encounter with Exeter last week.

Short-term signings Sebastian de Chaves and Alex McHenry will make their Wasps debuts.

McHenry is joined in the centres by Will Simonds, who makes his first Premiership start at 12.

Francois Hougaard also makes his first start for Wasps. His half-back partner is Jimmy Gopperth who captains the team at fly-half.

There is an all-new starting front-row, Tom West and Tom Cruse return to the side after injuries. Joining them in the front row is Pieter Scholtz.

Nizaam Carr starts his first game since returning to the Club. The number eight has Ben Morris and Thomas Young, who keeps his place at seven, in the back-row alongside him.

In the back three Ali Crossdale starts at full back against his old side. Matteo Minozzi makes his first appearance of the season on the left wing, while Zach Kibirige keeps his place on the right wing.

Debutant de Chaves is joined in the second row by Tim Cardall.

On the bench, Will Holling is in line to make his Wasps debut. The 24-year-old hooker has joined the Club on a short-term loan deal from Doncaster Knights. Joining him amongst the replacements are Elliot Millar-Mills, Tommy Mathews and Luke Mehson, who are also in line to make their Wasps debuts.

Got to be honest with Sarries 1/150 to win... not feeling confident but i actually don't mind that team. Experienced forward pack with Youngs, Carr, West, Cruse, De Chaves etc and Hougaard and Jimmy running the backs.

A lot of new faces but we will see how we go.

Not loving the prospect of Lawday at 7 but otherwise, it's a strong side. Surprised to see Bailey starting over Cipriani for Bath.
