Premiership 2024/2025 - The Final

Supporting Bath because of Finn and Spencer who I rate as a half back pairing. I also think JvG is a class act and think his stock is shot up after leaving Munster.

FWIW, Bath could very well lose, Leicester are a good team with recent experience of winning the Prem final, and between Cheika and their retirees will absolutely be up for this.
But I don't think this Bath team are chokers.
We've already don't it in Cardiff, and whilst we lost last year, it wasn't even close to a choke.

It's a final,
Scoreboard starts at 0-0, and both are perfectly capable of beating the other.
I'd be surprised if either wins by more than a score - which means it comes down to the bounce of a ball, a hamstring, an HIA, an obstructed view for the ref/cameras...

Play this match 10 times, and Bath probably win 5-6

Yeah don't feel too down Tigs, this will go to the ******* wire, your lot won't go down without a proper fight. But you know that anyway.

Agreed.

I can’t stand Cheika so I really don’t want to see him win a title here, but I have a feeling Tigers might grind out an ugly win.

So much more nervous about this than I was last year.

Last year, Northampton were clearly the better team over the course of the year, so we felt like underdogs.
This year, Bath are clearly the better team over the course of the year, so we feel like favourites - even though I don't think that label applies in a 1-off match, and a best-of team would probably be 6v6, with 3 coin tosses
