Knew he was injury prone but didn’t realise he was that injury prone. Really sad to think of the player he could have become without those setbacks. Honestly think he’d be 1st choice for England, and by a reasonable distance.

To be fair he's had some patches of lots of games, his form just wasn't good enough to be starting - like he's played 9 on the bounce this season

But yeah, absolutely injury ravaged in general - only small blessing with last night's injury is it wasn't a recurrence of a previous one
The not-blessing part is it looks like he blew out a knee ligament, which is showed him with the medics on the floor you could see him point to one side of his knee and say he felt it go
