What's needed here is a benchmark. A comparison figurehead.

Let's say:

Malcolm O' Kelly = 50.

Maximum = 100.

In order to get 100 a player has to be pretty much the best player to ever play in that position. For example Mike Gibson could be considered in the 95-100 bracket. Or Mark Ella.
