That's not what I mean. Why do you need a third big stadium in London when you've already got Twickenham and Wembley? Why play three big matches in three different stadiums when they can also be played in two? It's not like they will have 3 matches on simultaniously.
you cant play so many games so clse together, the pitch will need at least a few days between each match (at leats in pool play) otherwise it will be shagged for the finals/semi finals. Three growds will enable people to seem more games without travelling as far and in a shorter time period.
