Agreed. Ireland in green too would be easier to differentiate. This kit is closer to Boks green than Irish green

Ireland aren't even clicking yet with all their new combinations in the backs. Boks getting no change out of the Irish pack either.

At least the Boks started to try to play some rugby towards the end of the half. They need to kick the next penalty they get to take being nilled off the table. The Irish aren't going to give them a bundle of chances.

The Boks play with that penalty advantage summed it up. No craft, guile, urgency or invention. Right decision to kick the points, then they can maybe start to play a bit more freely and give us neutrals some entertainment.

Jantijes is a good player if it's a good day and type of game where both teams want to play running rugby in heat. But issue is 99.9% of international test games aren't that. He's like Carlos Spencer but Spencer had NZ and sa are no NZ

*facepalm* My optimism for Pollard didn't last long but that was a horrible ball to take in fairness. Really hope the Boks can show something at 10 & 12 now but Venter strikes me as similar to DDA. Happy to just run into contact (and risk being turned over).
