That certainly does point to a bad attitude.

He refused to be drafted beyond the second day, which includes the third round. It makes a lot of sense financially and I can't blame him for that.

I think you can, I'm not grounded on collegiate football rules. Might come down to his eligibility.

On this though. I think Brady is right to be peeved. In my view it's a severe punishment when there's no stone cold evidence just lots of presumptions and it seems Brady has given proven statements for all the questions asked

I think the appeal hinges on the phone if it was destroyed after the NFL said they didn't want it as Brady says I imagine they don't have a leg to stand on.

However if he can't prove that he's going to struggle.
