Newport Gwent Dragons hooker Tom Willis forced to retire

Newport Gwent Dragons' former captain Tom Willis has been forced to retire due to a hand injury.

Sad to see he has been forced to retire. He was always very highly regarded when he was playing for the Highlanders. I feel we never really got the best of him at the Highlanders though, as he was general stuck behind Anton Oliver (so had to move to the Chiefs to get some starts).

Shame to see him retire, the kind of hard-nosed player we don't tend to produce in Wales, the land of song. All the best for the future to Mr. Willis.
