Dangerous Tackle memo to Refs?

I dunno if I've seen any dangerous tackles from the refs

about time they did something, It's not good for players who are being yellow carded for legal but very hard tackles and then other players can go into the ruck and grab someone around the head/neck...

Got to agree, it is better than some poor sod ending up in a wheel chair.
