I live in South Africa and I do understand your frustrations because I have personally been hit with the **** stick called the quota system. But what I don't appreciate is you calling black people "kaffers", because when you use that word (a very popular word in SA) i think of all the rapists, the murders and the criminals.

So please do not call our good rugby players that.

I have many civilized black friends and I CAN guarantee skin colour doesn't matter. But i do know of the 'animal like' behave they seem to adopt because I actually changed schools of it.

My point to you is that generalising a race is shallow and plain just down incorrect. It's like that stereo-type that Afrikaaners are stupid or a 'rock spider'.

Definition of a racist: "The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others". And sorry to say it but if pictures were in dictionarys your picture would be next to this definition.

P.S. Just to let you know i'm a Swanepoel and my whole family is Afrikaans

I think an 80% warn level is over the top. 20% maybe. I've seen racist comments from other members that go un-noticed, if not atleast unpunished. Rassie is being singled out because he uses the word kaffer, a word that was used in a G rated movie I saw on daytime television a couple of weekends ago. I know it offends but so does a lot of **** that gets put on this forum.

There is one rule in particular that has clearly been broken 20 times in this topic alone, and of those guilty members Mr St Helen RLFC you are one of them. Infact, seeing as you have 2884 posts on this forum, if I were to go and view all of these posts, at this current time I guarantee you have broken one of TRF's rules on every occasion.

The only rule I can see that's been broken is the signature size, and with the advent of broadband connections, this is no longer the most important rule on the list.

Look I'm not saying racism is on the same level as that, that would be stupid. And I am not saying that I support racism of any kind. What I am saying is that if you are going to start policing the forum, stick to the rules and don't just singel out a member when many are at fault. Theres no reason you can't just censor the words. Every forum has a filter, Dom and umosay censor the words f***, ****, etc... There is no reason you can't change the word kaffer and ****er to black. Yes, the overall message is still implied but if you take out those words it lessens the effect. Should Rassie be saying these things? So yes some of the things he should keep to himself but a lot are true.

If you don't like the way I moderate, take it up with Dom or Umo. I believe I have the support of the majority of the board on my stance.
