Leicester Tigers + Canterbury of NZ

Sale Sharks are switching to Canterbury as well, I believe, as Cotton Traders have stopped making rugby kits (Newcastle Falcons have switched to a company owned by an ex-player. Think it's "Orion"?)

Bad times, I love the Cotton Traders Barbarians gear.

I wonder if the Canterbury deal with the RFU had any effect on the Tigers switching to use them.

Hopefully the new replica strip will be of better quality than the crap Cotton Traders have been churning out!
My shirts from the last couple of seasons have barely lasted one season, my old Bradstone one is in better nick and that was from 2003!
Also, £50 for the classic jersey is a little steep, don't you think? <_<

Meh should have gone with another company like Adidas or Under Armour. It doesn't even look like there's gonna be stripes

From the video I reckon it's striped arms/side panels and then a solid block of green in the middle.
Could work out all right, though I don't think Tigers fans will like the change :p

I like it - how many solid dark greens do you see? Green's an under utilised colour, IMO.

Well it is here anyway.

Until the Highlanders came up with their Green away jersey last year, how many Super Rugby franchises had green as a main colour? Answer: None... ever!!

How many ITM Cup teams have Green as a main colour? Answer: One... Manawatu (green & white)

The team that calls themselves "Tigers" on the basis of a stripey shirt now have no stripes...

LMFAO...

Even then, those jerseys are both lime to light green.

In England, is it only London Irish? And Leicester, obviously, but there's is usually striped.

Saints have some as well, and in the Rabodirect there's Connacht, and Treviso has Green/White hoops

Leicester, Northampton, Nottingham, Plymouth Albion and Reading Pacific Islanders.

So just two first division teams? You don't see much of the others, so I tend to ignore them. Same as in NZ, I'm sure there's a second division team with green and red, Wairapa Bush...
