Ken Owens finally called up for Wales

Matthew Rees and Gareth Williams have both taken knocks, so Gatland has called up uncapped Scarlets hooker, Ken Owens, who is the best No. 2 in Wales anyway, to the squad for the game against France.

I personally put Matthew Rees ahead of him, but he's definitely next in line.
About time he got a spot in the squad.
