I'm glad Japan is hosting it alone. In my opinion, World Cups tend to work best when held in one territory. France hosting the last World Cup but playing the quarter final in Wales was a joke.
Why is there such a wait till the next world cup? It's like 7 years, usually it's about 4 years
There's one in 2015, one in 2019, a four year gap between each.

Keep it in one place all good
Absolutely.
I wish the folks in England would say this to the RFU and the IRB. As fantastic as the Millenium Stadium is it is not in England and should absolutely not host matches in 2015. England has sufficient stadiums without Cardiff entering the frame and will have the largest capacity of all time since Rugby World Cups started.
The WRU should join forces with Ireland or Scotland to co-host a World Cup rather than hosting games here and there like in 1991, 1999 and 2007. Have a secondtier built at Swansea to make Liberty Stadium close to 30,000. Make Llanelli´s venue around 20,000 (won´t happen as the stadium is new) and also upgrade Newport´s Rodney Parade and possibly Wrexham to give Wales five venues to the standards or better than what was on offer in New Zealand 2011. Ireland can provide seven (at least) or Scotland could provide five (Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen and Kilmarnock or Dundee). Barely as good as what Italy can bid but far, far better than having England yield some matches to Wales in 2015.
If I go to Japan in 2019 there is no way I want to pay to go to Hong Kong or Singapore to see matches. Sub-hosts must only be used if they are utterly neccessary.
