One earlier in France v NZ that as far as I know was never checked. I don't get how the TMO can miss it or not be able to review it separately from live tv.
 
Initially thought a yellow as didn't look much force but straight on the head so red?
 
Although, with Alpha there and getting on it. If SA win, I look forward to the drunken rampage later on
 
Because they're the visiting team. Pretty sure it's still the host that changes in international rugby.

Huh, I always thought it was the visiting team that changed colors. Specifically remember France and NZ's games at RWC 2007 and 2011. In 2007 NZ wore those ugly ass grey jerseys, and in 2011 France wore their white jerseys for the final

World cups are a bit different because sides are designated as home and away regardless of their country
