Investec Champions Cup 23/24 - Rd 2

JLdP cleared out from our side of the ruck haha,
Literally bound onto him like he was our player and drove him forward

Scrum penalty in Asher's first scrum, he's not human
Yeah I'm starting to really like him. Kid's just short, built and impossible to get under. Give it a couple years and him at tighthead with Baxter at loosehead could be a real force to he reckoned with.

How they gonna look at that load of nothing but not the knock on immediately after?

Another try off the back of a sale player just wildly and blindly chucking the ball away when facing a rush defence.

Classic example of how team can rack up a score when reffing becomes optional to one side, absalute joke, Leinster would have had enough to win but this was v unfair on Sale.

Everyone knows only the first half counts, better luck next time bozos
Gus War GIF by Sale Sharks Rugby

Reed and Roebuck both had blinders,
Shame SiMac and Rodd both injured - chuck them in, and Creevy or LCD (don't know why we rested both) and the second half might not have been such a blowout

Yes the two wingers were excellent...very good games.

Did one of the centres make 17 tackles?

Thought Bamber was a bit lost today after playing well last week. Missed a numerous of tackles (as did young Fudjour ) and was clutching at strwas a bit. But good experience for him.

Hill is thick as a brick...clean out was good..but why then hold down De Flier right out in the open in front of the ref...

All three of my homies respected Sale's grit and determination.

We're not good enough to win this comp at the minute.

Not his fault he's playing in a gash team
Nah I know, only bantering. I won't lie I haven't seen much of Brantingham but he seems class from what I have seen. Him and Baxter will have a good battle on their hands for the next decade or so.

Hill is trying so desperately to be an "enforcer" but he isn't intimidating, he's just a ***.
