On a sidenote, I also plan to enjoy all the good things Japan has to offer.

It's benn so long I wanted to move to japan, can't wait :bana: :bana: :bana:

Well mate I wish you all the best, and btw they are rugby mad over there... actually they are just mad...

Hope you stay on the board and pass it on to any new work colleagues you may encounter...

Actually, I'll search for a wide range of jobs, including rugby related jobs, as training translator, or anything they would let me do...

Good luck Charles. Watch out for ninjas. I hear they can come out at late autumn/early winter time.

I'll be allright, my Gaijin mojo aura will repell them

I always wanted to go to Japan, also! That's a very big move, so best of luck to ya! :)

Yeah, but it's not unknown territory either...I've been there 4 times already, speak the language and all, so it's more a matter of finding a good job worth waking up every morning at 6 am...

what did you work as before?

good luck.

I'm a french teacher for foreigners, but it's not the best of works, so ...I'd like to use my language skills to be involved in rugby somehow...
Anyway my father in law and other people are keen to help me find a good job with their business connections...

My best friend is a native french speaker and speaks English fluently; she has teaching experience and still the only job she could get was as an assistant in some school out in the sticks (like 45 mins from London). Hope you have better luck than that in Japan
