How to return to light mode.

For some reason it’s gone from light mode to dark mode. Dark mode is really hard on my eyes so I would like to switch it back. But I don’t know how. Can anyone help?

I like Dark mode for some things but this was too dark to read anything (A common fault on forums for some reason).
