How does Chieka coach both the Warratahs and the Wallabies?

It seemed bizzare to me when this whole arrangement was announced and it still seems odd now.

Its a world cup year.

First initial training camps have gathered for wallabies and all blacks and how can the head coach not be there to prep the squad, as he's guiding another team to the semi final of one of the toughest and most grueling competitions in the game.

I know these initial camps are predominantly fitness and gym based trainings, doubt they contain much ball work, but still... You'd think the head coach should be there.

Hansen for example, would be fully committed to the all blacks winning the world cup. He would of watched every NZ if not all super rugby games and all the six nation games, doing analysis to prepare the all blacks.

I guess my question is how can Chieka do this when he has to focus on the Warratahs winning super rugby, which is a full time job on its own.
