How Do You Change Music on Rugby 08?

I want to know how to change the music on rugby 08. i have converted some songs to the right file type. i dont know how to add it to the music.big file in audio. im not sure if this is the right place to put it.

I wrote the first tutorial, will be starting to mod 08 again, sorry just need to finish exams. Will look into problems with sound this week.
