While it's debatable whether this is funny....I thought they weren't allowed outright.

What makes you think it's a dual account? I think if it is one the person will never use it again but simply for back up in polls.

Curiously, there appears to be two members with the same IP posting in this thread...

Yep. Interestingly enough, if the staff deem that superduperprop is in fact here for trolling, then it would be up to the staff to ban that IP address. Which means accounts which may be shearing that address would also be banned. Now while it is very possible that that person could return, the 1,304 posts that person could hypothetically have would in fact be lost.

I'm ganna be honest though, this was pitiful...
