Heineken Champions Cup - Rd 3

That's a massive result regardless, but a man down for like an hour?

I wonder if Wasps will appeal this red too then, they're certainly getting a negative reputation for it

Fair play to Wasps, great win. Physically dominated Tolouse up front. Barbeary was unplayable.

As for Toulouse they played like headless chickens from what I saw. So many stupid mistakes. Looked like they could score at will at times if they just played smart.

but when you can't lose, why not? Kick did nothing.
Yeah I don't disagree kicking to the corner makes sense, if nothing else it means you at least spend time in the right end of the field at the end of the game

I just don't think who goes through will come down to BPs.

Anyway they did just pull up the European and French champions despite playing with 14 men. Maybe they were just knackered

“Heyes, Dolly, Genge a brilliant international front row”

Heyes and Dolly with like 3 caps between them and 2 of those against Canada and USA…
I still think Borthwick is focused on the Premiership. He's using the Champions cup to rotate and rest and if Leicester qualify then it's a bonus and he can select stronger sides later.
