What do people think of Michael Paterson? I'm not a big fan, despite him having a few decent games recently. I'd choose Pretorius over him every time. Interesting to see that Molitika has missed out completely, although I personally think that this season was a season too far for the man. Great to see James Down getting the nod at lock, as ***o and Deiniol Jones haven't been playing well lately. Urgh, Dan friggin' Parks!

It would be a massive boost if the Blues could win away from home first up. I believe they have the players to do so, but alot depends on Parks utilising them. Looking forward to this.

Paterson isn't bad, but I agree with your statement on Pretorius.
Pretty much agree with everything else you have said, Dull.
Henson at 10 and some actual coaches (...Edwards/Henry...) and Cardiff could be a transformed side.
I'd start playing Andrews a bit more, never been a big fan of Filise, always thought he was pretty poor around the field.

I think Parks is the right call for this match. An away fixture were if Cardiff get a losing bonus point it'll be a good result. Parks can hit the corners and turn Metro's wingers. Bobo and Imhoff are not the best when covering kicks.

I would say the opposite lol. Felise is good around the field, not great in the scrums (at tighthead anyway). He's a good ball carrier, and I remember plenty of barnstorming runs he's made, as well as a few nice try's for a prop. I'm still not convinced with Andrews yet. I believe he'll eventually be a very good player, but his scrummaging is very poor at the top level. But he won't improve without gametime, so ultimately I agree that they need to start playing Andrews a bit more.

I personally don't think Parks is ever the right call. He can occasionally be an ok player for Scotland, and he worked well at Glasgow, but he simply doesn't fit this Blues team atall. He is completely incapable of bringing Roberts and Laulala into the game, because he's too scared to take the ball flat; whilst his insistence of going for the drop-goal instead of allowing the phases to grow and scoring try's is unacceptable considering the firepower he has outside of him. Sweeney is far from a great player, but he's better than Parks because he's prepared to opperate closer to the gainline.

Filise's amazing. He's a massive, fat Tongan lump with no facial expressions and no brain capacity either. A couple of seasons ago, he was the Blues joint top try scorer, as well, scoring some amazing tries and even doing a celebration where he spins the ball and waggles his finger, suddenly learning smile. He's brilliant.

Still not that good a scrummager, though.

I remember Deacon Manu being the joint top try scorer for the Scarlets a few seasons ago, wouldn't call him amazing lol:p. If you want to see a really awesome prop try celebration watch this:p skip to 2:02

I agree with Draggs about Andrews, I've never been a big fan of Filise. Yes, he can be good in the loose, but he's not outstanding. Andrews has more potential and should be given the chance to develop.

Not a great scrummager, you are right. I suppose he just seems rather lazy when you have Gethin hitting every bloody moving object.
Andrews isn't bad, and will get better with more playing time.

I'll take the credit for Filise's try.
I was motivating him... ;)

6-5 to Racing, Cardiff conversion to come.

Great finish by Cuthbert. C'mon the Blues. Let's beat these moneybags!

Parks - hit the crossbar, aaaah!

Good penalty now though.

What a hit by Captain Warburton - and that wasn't a red card!
