HEC P4: Castres Olympique v Ulster Rugby

Some good line breaks from Ulster in the last 10 and some good kicks to touch. 9-8 Ulster

Jackson done very well.
Chris Henry is unbelievable - he should have gotten man of the match in my opinion. I know people some people won't like this, but he's certainly thrown him self in the mix for Lions mid-week matches. He does everything right, and is very under rated.

Honestly I'd rather have Henry start 7 for Ireland than O'Brien. (O'Brien at 6 of course)

Very happy with the result, don't think we'll get a home quarter though.

What has happened with Rory Best, he was so good last season, and I'll stand by that he's the best off the ball hooker in Britain and Ireland, but at this rate I wouldn't have him near the Lions.

I don't want to absolve Best of all blame but the difference Muller especially and Tuohy as well make to our lineout is astronomic. All of our hookers have seen their throwing percentages slide with those two out.

Ugly game, mildly disappointing but really we should be celebrating - first away win in France, third QF on the trot and most importantly, we can go into the Six Nations break and start getting our boys fit. I'd say we had over half our first team missing from the starting XV today due to injury (I count Jackson's benching as injury induced), when that happens its grind out your wins time realistically, that's what happened.

I'd rather play an away quarter final in two months time with most of the big names back than a home quarter final with that time, all due respect to them.

Also, I want Chris Henry's man-babies. Henry for the Lions!
