It's a bit sad (in the 'shame on you' sense) that the BRITISH Broadcasting Corporation sives no build up to a Welsh match and that Radio Telefís EIREANN give it half an hour.

it wouldn't be a test match on RTÉ without Hook there talking through his hole.

Still though the England favouritism although understandable given it's the majority audience is pathetic, case in point first weekend no time for buildup to the Ireland France game cause they went for a 5pm kickoff but the following week when England play the second match they put the kickoff back to 5:30, same this weekend, even prior to the Calcutta Cup they have more time scheduled to talk about that match than they do about a potential championship decider at Cardiff.

Just noticed this, Welsh Snooker player Matthew Stevens bears a passing resemblance - albeit only facially - to Ryan Jones.

well they've an audience to cater to as well and it's not as if RTÉ goes out in the UK

Roberts was clearly in front of Jones when he launched that kick, poor from the ref and the penalty comes from the resulting play.
