They have also handed clubs tickets for kids to go free, outside of the 30k ... got a feeling they will have a base of 40k as it is. Have heard a rumour they are close to the top end capacity they were hoping for (not 74.5k).

Scarlets and Dragons coming down from the stands instead of the main tunnel, must be using the Arms Park Changing rooms since they're just under that end of the stadium!
