No real point of this test match, the midweek Lions could win by 60-0 and that won't impress Farrell one bit, to the point of sticking any of them in the test side. The script has set, bore the c.r.a.p out of everyone in the 2nd test on Saturday, win playing boring rugby something like 24-13, then in the dead rubber in the 3rd test with the series in the bag, throw pollock and Morgan and maybe even DVDM in there and start playing some rugby

Seeing as the game is less than 48 hours away, shouldn't the teams have been announced by now?
I'll bite,
Has anyone ever been called up from the midweek games for anything other than an injury?

Faletau did not. Or to be be more precise to my point i was making he did not graduate after the test series started.
Neither did Nowell but he did play 4 days before the first test which kinda counts.
Centre is gonna be interesting if Ringrose is still iffy, can't afford to risk any of the test players getting injured and there's not really any cover from the back 3 players (Freeman the only one who could go inside, but is in the test side)

Duhan 15 because it'd be a fantastic watch please.
Completely forgot about his callup, just kept thinking Farrell and Graham, think he makes most sense, depends how much they want to try Ringrose (maybe start Ringrose and sub him early? Or do the same with Kinghorn?)

Tuipulotu came off around 60 on Saturday IIRC and so he or Aki could share the 13 shirt with Ringrose potentially. I imagine they'll want to keep Schmidt guessing and not make it too obvious who is likely to be picked for Saturday. Jones played the whole match and so I guess he's likely to get a rest.

Hopefully we see a better performance than what the AUNZ XV put out. Not expecting them to win, but there's more to play for with Aussie test spots on the line so a good chance to impress selectors going forward.

Play Farrell at 13, why make two 12s play out of position for his benefit?
DVM at 13 and Aki at 12 would be quite something to watch although I think we are short of wingers then!
