Cavan had mentioned that when the time comes, there'll be a thread devoted to everyone telling how they got on in their first match. I think everyone should have a go on 'normal' or even 'hard' difficulty, just so we can see if anyone gets spanked, but it's all in good fun.

But, if in my first match I destroy the Lions with the USA -- I'm going to apply for the head coaching job for the Eagles. If they ask if I'm qualified, I'll just show them that result . . .

Actually I'm trying to decide whether or not to take it into school, if I do my first match won't be Chiefs v Lions, in fact I think the Lions may be locked at the start?

After thinking about it some more, I've decided it won't be a good idea to take it into school, probably won't get much game time anyway and I risk not being able to get back to the common room in time to pick it up at the end of school.

Nah, sounds cool, but as I said in your thread, I'll probably do it as a second match. I'm looking forward to dying with the States in my first (on hard difficulty).

We've got to find out if the Lions (let alone all Rep teams) are playable from the outset.
