Ok maybe a yellow but i feel bad for Gloucester, when shoulder direct to head got looked at and mitigated(probably correctly) to yellow yet Thorleys high hit that was upper chest(legal) and a hand over the shoulder got a yellow that should have been pen only, though ive seen over the shoulder let go.

Agreed. For a player who has come out of nowhere, he's been a brilliant signing for Saracens. A bit like Michael Rhodes but without the dirty side and he's a better carrier.
