Couldn't score when it really mattered though.
Bet your praying Brie don't get up!
Varndell has 5 less tries but has played a lot less AP games than him.
2007. That is all.
All that work the golden boy Tait did to set it up!
God I feel sick thinking about it!
2007. That is all.
Your second team has one less forward so I would go for Haskell and I hope Kvesic but think it might be BurgessRight, time for the final 31 predictions/hopes-
My hopes:
Props - Cole, Mako, Marler, Corbs/Mullan (dependent on form improvement over summer), Brookes Id go for Wilson over a LH too for what its worth

Locks - Launchbury, Lawes, Attwood, Itoje
Flankers - Kvesic, Robshaw, Wood
Number 8s - Morgan, Billy
Scrum-halves - B Youngs, Care (why Wigglesworth out of choice?!), Simpson (pretty sure he is injured)
Fly-halves - Ford, Farrell

Wingers - Nowell, May, Yarde
Fullbacks - Brown, Watson

I'm not an England fan like some of you guys but I've watched all their intl games for the last 2 years and watched a fair deal of Aviva Premiership this season. This is how I feel the team will shake out in the end:
Prop: Joe Marler, Dan Cole, Alex Corbiserio, David Wilson, Mako Vunipola
Hooker: Tom Youngs, Jamie George, Luke Cowan-Dickie
Second Row: Courtney Laws, Joe Launchbury, George Kruis, Geoff Parling
Flanker: Chris Robshaw, James Haskell, Matt Kvesic
Number 8: Billy Vunipola, Ben Morgan
Scrum-Half: Ben Youngs, Andew Wigglesworth, Danny Care
Fly-Half: George Ford, Owen Farrell, Henry Slade
Centre: Luther Burrell, Jonathan Joseph, Elliot Daly, Billy Twelvetrees
Outside Back: Jack Nowell, Marland Yarde, Mike Brown, Anthony Watson
Yeah, just spotted that- amended now
Not sure I can agree with any of the annotations though, Mullan is imo a bit of a plodder and should not reckon in the final 31 (Wilson/Corbs is a close call though).
Simpson is only out short term and should come back into the reckoning- can't say I feel the love for Care.
Considering Flood was dropped the instant he announced he was heading to France, does that mean we can get rid of Strettle now?
Mullan this year has been so much better than Corbs anyone who says otherwise was not paying attention but agreed he is behind Marler and Mako so won't make it. On form Corbs would start every time but he isn't anywhere close. Wilson will get in as we need a TH to back up Cole, Brookes can genuinely play either side so will make the cut over Corbs. Thought Simpson was long term but if not then I would play him but don't think that will happen. I am not a huge fan of Care either but he is a mile better than Wigglesworth. Not sure we have a better option atm... I like Robson at Gloucester but he never gets played for some bizarre reason. If Kvesic doesn't make I will be p****d, we need a back up 7 for Robshaw and he is best we have by a long way
Did you watch the game on Saturday? Wiggleworth bossed it- he is exactly who you want for knock out rugby- Care has been dire all season, having Youngs is worrying enough, having two bipolar scrummies would be too much to bear. Corbs has been finding his feet the last few games- I am gambling that the upward trajectory (2 months of training camp) can continue, he has a much higher ceiling than Mullan- I can only guess at the future squad though. I agree RE Kvesic though- thoroughly deserves a place at openside.
Wigglesworth is the best kicking/tactical 9 in England
