Especially when teams are starting to favour 6/2 heck even 7/1 benches now. He's the perfect player for that.Yeah versatility is a big plus on these tours..and he's playing well..and experienced...

And has an insane engine to go with it. Just keeps going and going. For sure, but I reckon he'll settle as a ~103kg kinda player (Hooper, Savea, van der flier, Morgan esque).
Earl is pushing 110kg nowadays (listed in most places as 107kg, and he's kept growing). He's a big, big boy.
FTR I reckon that Pollock steps on the pitch as no heavier than 98kg right now, regardless of what he's listed as. Just look at him stood next to someone like Daly or Dingwall; he's not really any bigger.
We are ...USA is the 3rd test.I thought CCS did well but it annoyed me not having a lock on the bench.
For the summer we need to focus on locks and centres as two priority areas.
Although just checked and the tour is only two tests in Argentina so doesn't really give much time to try new things out.
We really should be playing a third test with a weaker/ different team.
Cheers, I checked on the England website summer tours and it only had the two arg games listed. We are ...USA is the 3rd test.
Christ, I really hope notWildcard: Arundell
Yeah he's failed to impress when I've seen him in the champions cup and Roebuck thoroughly outplayed him, if he tried to use his pace he might have more success but insisted on trying to run over him which just didn't happen, I also think Roebuck has proven to have the most all round game probably matched only by Freemo.Christ, I really hope not
Is Fasogbon due back by the summer? Can't remember what his injury is/was
This is where SB will have to really earn his money...there's SO many options coming through he needs to pick the rights ones with the highest potential playing ceiling. If we wanted a pacy back three player then it has to be Hendy, for me - he's actually a good rugby player on top of being a good athlete
On balance I think you really need one at the top level for me that's the difference between being able to compete top four and not, although if fit and firing I think IFB has a descent balance of pace with some X factor which is probably the only thing Freemo and Roebuck lack slightly. It also depends what your asking from your FB.If we wanted a pacy back three player then it has to be Hendy, for me - he's actually a good rugby player on top of being a good athlete
I didn't know about the USA game either. Final game of the tour on July 19th.Cheers, I checked on the England website summer tours and it only had the two arg games listed.
