Seems a rash assumption - given the members of the AI squad dropped down for Aus AIm asssuming none of the 6n squad will be dropping down?
Guessing Pollock will stay with the U20sBe surprised if there wasn't one or two tbh,
Wouldn't be surprised to see Hill, Beard and Roebuck, maybe AOF (depends if he's been travelling reserve the past few weeks) - maybe Langdon too
I get where your coming from there is a time and a place to build depth, as far as I am concerned though we have 0 proper 12s fixing that should be primary, then we can worry about options should Lawrence get injured or in the short term Daly or Slade can do a job, it's pretty difficult to start giving two additional centres meaningful caps at once.I think there are a lot of centres that could partner Lawrence and look good. My issue would be if Lawrence got injured who comes in to bring the stardust.
I'd like 3 centres in our squad, a 12 a 13 and someone who plays both so we keep combinations going (like Aki, ringworm and Henchshaw). I know Lawrence is one of those but I'm not sure Slade is consistent enough to warrant a constant place in the squad.
But in the same breath I'm not sure we have any proven options so he might have to stay there until we bring someone through.
I also can't see a reason not to bring Max O through, club partner and great rounded player. But let's bring him through against Italy or someone like that or maybe Wales.
More likely to see AOF at tighthead I reckon, especially with Fasogbon injuredAoF Langdon 3
Arundel not eligible and Hendy injured - I reckon Carpenter at 15 and maybe Ibitoye on the wingMurley Arundell (controversial choice) Hendy
Guess my assumption was wrongGuessing Pollock will stay with the U20s
Also guessing Arther Clark will drop as he covered in the senior squad and played last time.
Team will be something like(some I can't think of)
AoF Langdon 3
Clark Tuima
Hill 8 Pearson
Porter 10
Ojomoh Beard
Murley Arundell (controversial choice) Hendy
