England Six Nations Squad 2025

Anwanyu is going to France. Is he even getting a game for Quins?

Centres will be addressed in the summer...I hope

I mean Dingwall ****** all over Slade and would be some much needed glue in the team but yeah let's look for some inconsistent kid who's not earned anything yet.

Looking at an inconsistent kid is pretty much what the A team is for. I'd be more than happy if Dingwall got the gig should Slade be injured, but there's not a lot of point in giving him the A team spot.

Probably you

Wikipedia vandalism is the least funny **** around

Watch Mitchell and Smith tour with the Lions and SB start Slade because he wants some experience in the backline
I don't have a Wikipedia account so how would I do that?
Don't you need to be a moderator or pay for it?

I mean I'd consider him at 12 this 6N, sure - but I'm on about the A game and I think using the 12 spot in the A team to get him game time is a waste. We already know he can hang at international level, what's the point in continuing to play him at the level below over someone else we could get a look at?

Yeah that's the fear...but surely even he knows we MUST trial some of the youngsters now.

Sorry, agree with that, get one of the young 12s for the A game. In fact we've been lacking a 12 for so long I'd play two 12s , one at 12 and one at 13.

It's obvious that we aren't going to win the six nations at this point, so I think it's reasonable that our target should be a 4th place finish.

I feel we are not in a position to target the top 3 teams in the northern hemisphere and instead should concentrate on beating a strong Italian side, whilst preventing a banana skin slip up against wales.

Unfortunately I don't see England beating France even at home, our target should be not getting nilled, like wales did. If we can get three points on the board that'll be the progress Borthwick has promised us.

Scotland away will be too much of a challenge, they play and open attacking form of rugby with strong fast wingers, something we've proven over the last 8 games unable to defend against. So our target should be to be within 14 points at the end of the game.

It sad how far we've fallen over the years, but the poor quality of the coaches and players the academy are putting out isn't helping.

I wouldn't be shocked if no English players make the lions main squad, can see it being a all Irish and Scottish affair with the English and Welsh playing the random midweek games

You play Scotland at home, Twickenham

Agreed. I really like Dingwall, he seems to do a lot of the unflashy stuff at Saints, which enables the others to flourish around him, but I think we have to look a few years younger for someone with a higher ceiling.
Or we need a little experience still. Ireland have the highest average age. I think Dingwall is only 25 so not exactly an OAP.
