England in the West Indies

great catch from Bravo as Collingwood doesn't quite get enough on it. England would be doing well to get to 260 at this rate when 290/300 was a serious proposition before the break.

farcical fielding there from the Windies, suicidal running from England but all coming to nothing as nobody there to back up the throw.

well they've been itching for a runout and Broad finally goes, not the best final over for England, having done the hard work to get to 262 with 1 to go,

So England set West Indies 271 to win in this first ODI, average first innings total is 241 as Bumble keeps reminding us but Sri Lanka have also made over 300 at this ground so it's definitely on for the Windies, if they'd kept the extras in check they'd be well in control of this game, I'd still back them to chase this down against the England bowling attack.

well the West Indies like England have hardly set the world alight with their efforts either, in fact even worse than England. Only 36-1 after 10 overs.

60-1 for the West Indies after the second power play, England were 74-2 at the same stage, Sarwan seems well set though which could be ominous for England

Broad just missing out on the catch there, given the run rate isn't stellar that wicket could have been huge for England.

big wicket of Sarwan for Collingwood, soft dismissal but England won't be bothered by that.

all on Chanderpaul now for the Windies as Simmonds goes for 62, decent take from Anderson looked like he may not get there but did unlike Broad previously.

well no side has made anything of the power play last chance now for the Windies with Chanderpaul and Pollard still at the crease.

well the power play has made a difference for the Windies, only needing 59 off 55 balls although losing Chanderpaul has made things tricky.

more missed chances for England , firstly with the runout attempt and then with the catch going through Harmison's hand.

Harmison makes amends by taking the catch of Pollard off Anderson, 242-6 now, 29 from 25 needed for the West Indies.

not sure if the West Indies will be messing about with the light now, having gone behind on the par D/L score

bizarre finish to this one, Dyson thinks he's ahead on the D/L method, tv are saying they're 1 behind.

desperate mistake from Dyson and co in this calculation, another shining moment for cricket.

good lord, still nothing official but it is quite in keeping with what's gone on on this tour.
