I think there’s a fair chance Finn Smith’s thrown his lot in with the Scots.
I actually quite like Sam Jeffries as a player but England … nah. Glad it’s just a Barbarians squad.

Didn't realise he was eligible for Scotland - bit **** to throw in with them so young, but they do have a weakness with depth at 10 so if he does turn up in their squad then I wouldn't be surprised if it's cause they've guaranteed him a trip to the world cup

Tell you what Uren is unlucky, Robson is legit playing some of his worse rugby Porter looks better for Wasps recently.
Uren arguably the better of the Bristol 9's as well.

Not sure Schickerling deserves a full call up but he has looked good when he's played but i think needs another season before being a realistic contender to see if he can show consistancy.

How the hell is Ewels still there!? Genuinely baffled. I wouldn't want him playing for Bath, never mind captaining. He should not be within the same county as the England squad.

I highly doubt Curry will play vs. The Barbarians.
More likely to be Willis with Pearson on the bench.
I think Schickerling must be on residency, but not sure how as he hasn’t been here long enough as far as I can see? Perhaps it doesn’t matter for a non-cap fixture?
Must be a grandparent - not uncommon in those parts

2) Be worth it just from a development pov

Tom Willis incredibly unlucky. Has been playing fantastically.
Surprised that so many Wasps players have been selected. Odogwu has been getting better since injury but still getting back into it. Barbeary is the chosen one (but has taken knocks), Atkinson is a good player but not yet at level of Smith for example. Alo was always going to get called up IMHO. He's one of the only tightheads whose fit atm and playing well.
Agreed that Robson ironically is probably playing his worst rugby in terms of form for Wasps ever but is getting picked now and J Willis is just doing his normal.
Interesting squad, selection.. reckon the 23 will be

Robson, C Atkinson, M Atkinson, Odogwu, OHC, May, Nowell
TBH its a complete lottery, the only reason i have picked Charlie Atkinson to partner Robson over Randall and Bailey is because they play together at club level so may be a little more fluid together. But i'd pick Robson & Bailey if i went on what i'd prefer.
Would be interesting to see Ojomah and Odogwu playing in the centres together. Willis, Curry and Hill is a very mobile and aggressive backrow for sure.

Also worth mentioning, the BaaBaas match is uncapped, so eligibility rules don't apply. (ETA, As BPM queried without me noticing)
If we're genuinely interested or next year, then it's a good opportunity to show interest
5 years, but that came in this January
Not sure what the rules are if you did three years before they upped it from 3-5 but weren't capped
